About Thomas J. (T.J.) Fraser, Jr.

T.J. Fraser represents clients in complex litigation, business transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, securities compliance and regulatory matters) and government contracts compliance and litigation (including representation of clients before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals).  He brings years of business experience to his client relationships with the ultimate goal of helping his clients reach their business objectives and personal goals.  His wide range of experience includes being involved in a number of businesses as a principal, as well as acting as lead counsel in a wide variety of matters including venture capital transactions, government contracting disputes, complex commercial litigation matters, and general business strategic advice.

T.J. began his legal career at the Jacksonville law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A., where he served in both the corporation and litigation departments.  After leaving Rogers Towers, T.J. was involved in a number of ventures as a principal, including acting as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of a telecommunications company, serving in a similar capacity for an early stage company formed to commercialize a plasma energy technology, acting as the managing member of a number of real estate ventures, and being involved with several other ventures in a variety of areas.
