About Ivania Perez
Ivania Perez’s main practice areas include Government Contracting, Business Litigation and Employment Law. Ivania counsels companies on various federal government contracting issues, including but not limited to, compliance and regulatory matters, employment matters, requests for equitable adjustments, delays, terminations, disputes and represents contractors before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Ivania also counsels companies and individuals on employment matters, ranging from employment agreements, non-competition agreements, hiring practices, separation issues, employee handbooks and policies and general state and federal employment law compliance. Ivania has represented clients in a broad range of business disputes, including but not limited to, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, non-competition litigation, and bankruptcy creditor merchant disputes and avoidance claims.
Prior to joining RFWS, Ivania interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, where she primarily assisted in the drafting and preparation of appellate briefs submitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, on a variety of matters, including, employment dissues, constitutional violations and civil matters.
